Mr. Asit C Mehta

Director

Mr. Asit C Mehta is a Chartered Accountant and a Seasoned Capital Market Professional. He also has attended several short-term/diploma courses in management, securities laws, and investment management. He started his career in corporate finance markets in 1983 by associating with leading government security brokers. He concentrated on corporate debt comprising ICDs, bill discounting, syndication of loans, issue of commercial papers, and short-term debentures. He focuses on the wholesale banking business comprising of various activities. Moreover, his passion for technology led him to the technology sector way back in 1996 with certain assignments in business process, GIS, and data management solutions.

Purvi Ambani

Director

She is a Chartered Accountant and a Seasoned Investment Banking Professional. She has a total experience of 20+ years and has been associated with ACM Group since last 15+ years. She started his career in Finance and accounts, direct and indirect taxation. She also has a brief stint in MIS, strategy and designing KPI and KRA for the front office and back office employees. She has worked extensively on a range of financial products for clients, such as fund-based and non-fund-based working capital facilities, term loans, foreign currency loan, Business Sourcing, Project Finance, PE Funding and so on. She has diverse exposure across Pharma, Real Estate, Medical Device, Textile, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure and Dairy Sector.

Ronak Majethia

Senior Manager

Ronak is a part of the Investment Banking & Corporate Finance Team, where he focuses on deal evaluation, end to end M&A transactions, PE Fund raising. His prior experience includes working at a boutique investment bank, where he gained valuable experience in M&A and private equity working in Logistics, Packaging and Medical Device Sectors. Currently he has exposure to Plastic Packaging, Renewable Energy, Medical Device, and Insurance. Ronak is a graduate in Management Studies from Mumbai University, and he is currently pursuing CFA.
